Optometric Referral Network List


      The Dispensers Optical Optometric Referral Network exists to provide access to eye care professionals to individuals with participating employers. 
      Companies interested in providing Dispensers Optical safety eyewear through a local optometrist should contact our sales department.

Searching the List

There are several ways to search the list; you can enter a city, state code, or zip code.
By City: Entering a city name will list all records for that city
By State Code: Enter a 2-letter state code to list all records for that state
By Zip Code: Enter a full zip code, for example "40204".  
                        Alternatively, you may enter a partial zip code.  Searching for "402" will list 
                        locations in 40201, 40202, 40203, through 40299.
